OUR STORY

Founded on the Belief That Justice Should Be Reclaimed

Thornapple Recovery Agency, LLC was built on a simple belief: if we help others, the world becomes a little better. Every year, foreclosure overages and abandoned funds are transferred to government custody when owners cannot be located. Many people never realize that money may still legally belong to them.

Our work focuses on identifying those funds, connecting them with rightful owners, and preparing the documentation required for court review. Recovery is not automatic. It requires proof, proper filings, and judicial approval.

We approach every case with diligence, transparency, and respect. There are no upfront costs, and compensation is earned only if the court authorizes release of the funds.

We focus on foreclosure overages, surplus proceeds from sheriff’s sales, and other government-held funds that legally belong to individuals or heirs but remain unclaimed.
We review public foreclosure records, surplus reports, and government listings to determine whether funds may exist in your name or in the name of a deceased relative.
No. There are no upfront costs. Compensation is paid only if the court approves the claim and funds are released.
A Judge makes the final determination. All required documentation is submitted for court review, and the release of funds depends entirely on judicial approval.
Many clients do not know that funds may be waiting. If we identify money connected to you, we explain the legal steps required to pursue recovery through the proper court process.

COURT-BASED RECOVERY

Our work is grounded in documented public records and formal court procedures. Every claim is prepared with proper documentation and submitted for judicial review before any funds are released.

STRICTLY CONFIDENTIAL

Your personal information and case details are handled with discretion. Documentation is used solely for lawful recovery and court filings related to your claim.

RIGHTS PROTECTED

Surplus funds legally belong to the rightful owners. We focus on presenting clear proof of ownership so the court can determine whether those funds should be released.
